Backup

Users are able to perform backup of their contacts, calendar, SMS, MMS and media files, by clicking Backup on the mobile application main menu.

• Upload all or selected item.
• Upload data changes.

The following actions are executed:

• Data that was added after the last backup is transferred to the server according to the user settings on what types of data to backup(e,g Contact, calendar, SMS. MMS).
• Media files will be uploaded only if the user selected this option on the settings menu.
• The server synchronizes/backup content with user's LSS folder on the server

Data upload option:

• Full synchronization between mobile device and remote server.
• One way backup between mobile device and remote server.

Each option can be set on a content type base (e.g. contact full synchronization and calendar One way, (setting is set on operator settings on the server).
